Description:
New single story 7,965 s.f community center building with site development, landscaping, 17 parking spaces, and a back-up generator. Project was designed to follow the requirements of US Green Building Council (LEED) and to achieve 28 points. This community center will be located inside the Royal Oaks Park of Miami Lakes.
