Martin Fernandez
Project Manager
As construction project manager for Portland Services, Inc., Martin Fernandez is responsible for all facets of a project from estimating and cost control to quality control, regulatory compliance and documentation.
Fernandez began his construction career as a project manager for the Peruvian Government, managing and directing major construction projects.
He later joined Soinco Construction Company in Lima, Peru, where as a project manager he was responsible for managing all facets of construction of a multi-million-dollar sanitary system and interchange system.
Fernandez received a degree in civil engineering from Ricardo Palma University in Lima. A South Florida resident since 2008, Fernandez is a resident of Homestead.
