Juan Fernandez
Project Superintendent
Juan Fernandez is project superintendent for Portland Services, Inc. With 12 years of construction experience – including two years with Portland Services – Fernandez has developed expertise in quality control and keeping projects on schedule and under budget.
Fernandez’s experience embraces all types of construction – office, warehouse, high rise, airport, residential and day care. He has worked on a number of high profile projects in South Florida including the WASA office building in Coral Gables, the Ritz-Carlton on Key Biscayne, Miami International Airport, the Fisher Island School and the Greenwich Business Center in West Kendall.
Fernandez started his career as a formwork carpenter and over the years has held positions of increasing responsibility including surveyor, foreman, lead foreman and assistant superintendent.
A 1996 graduate of South Miami Senior High School, Fernandez is a resident of Miami, Florida.
